FREE Period Workshop at Clarence Town Library

Friends will learn about cycles, self care, managing symptoms & how to use period products. We’ll bust some common period myths, practice opening & disposing of period products & make Blossom Bags (workshop includes blossom bag, pads, liners, wipes, product disposal bags, & educational materials). 

This workshop is recommended for ages 7+ & is a great opportunity to bond with your child. Being prepared & understanding what happens goes a long way in building confidence, reducing stigma & managing anxiety. Knowledge is POWER!
